Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and I enjoyed a good choice of breakfast options for Western tastes. The location was perfect for the Sapporo snow festival and offered great convenience to explore the city. However, the dining experience, while good, could have had more variety in certain food categories. Overall, a great value for money hotel with friendly and responsive service.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious enough for 3 adults and immaculately clean with thoughtful amenities like a toothbrush and comb. The staff were warm and hospitable, though not the most knowledgeable. The location was super convenient, just a short walk to the center of town and with easy access to the airport shuttle bus. The dining experience offered a variety of options but lacked in taste, while the facilities were top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were superb and clean, located on a high floor, much more spacious than other hotels in Japan, and featured a large size with a very comfortable bed. The service was exceptional with helpful and friendly staff who spoke fluent English, provided valuable advice to explore Sapporo, and even assisted with retrieving my car from the elevated car park. The location was perfect, close to Nakajimakoen station and within walking distance of Nakajima Park, Susukino, and Sapporo station, offering a peaceful retreat while being conveniently situated. The dining experience, though not extravagant, offered great Hokkaido and Western items with delicious flaky croissants. Overall, a great value for money stay!
The hotel is very spacious, clean, and comfortable with a king-sized bed for me, my husband, and my son. The staff was wonderful - so friendly and helpful. However, the dining experience, while delicious and healthy, lacked some variety. The location is perfect, close to the city center and Nakajima Park.
